Women With Purpose offers Bible studies that are also communities where you can be encouraged by like-minded women who are in the workplace. We dive into and discuss God’s word while also taking time to share prayer requests and updates that are sent out each week. Look below to find one that works for you!
Fall Bible Study
I fell in love with studying the Bible during my senior year of college, thanks to my Bible study leader with Campus Crusade for Christ (now Cru). Applying the things she taught us that semester opened up the book of Philippians in a way that made Scripture come alive—and it changed everything for me.
This fall, I’d love to share that experience with you. Come join us as we dive into this joyful letter together!
Tuesday Night
Dates: September 2nd – November 18th
Time: 7:00-8:30pm
Location: Room 202 at Providence Church, 6339 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh
Cost: This Bible study comes as a PDF. When you register, you have the option of getting only the PDF for free or paying $10 to receive a printed copy in a 3-ring notebook.
This Bible study includes weekly homework designed to deepen your understanding of Scripture without overwhelming your schedule.
In the first week, you’ll be introduced to the basics of inductive Bible study—learning how to observe, interpret, and apply the text. From there, the study guide will walk you through using this method each week as we explore the book of Philippians together.
Thursday Zoom
Dates: September 18th – December 4th
Time: 12:00-1:00pm
Where: Zoom. You will receive the link when you register.
Cost: Free!
This Bible study has no homework. We will not cover the inductive Bible study training included in the Tuesday Night Bible Study, but we will walk through the process each week with our discussion questions.
Captrust
When: Mondays from 12:00-1:00pm
Where: We are meeting at the Captrust office and also via Microsoft Teams. Please contact us if you would like to join this group so we can send you an invitation.
SAS
When: Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00pm
Where: In person in Building R and over MS Teams. Please contact us if you would like to join this group so we can send you the Teams link and room number.
